(2) Treatment of general infected surgical instruments

General infection surgical instruments refer to instruments that cut open channels (such as stomach, intestine, pancreas, appendix, etc.), radical tumors, carbuncles, tuberculosis, and surgery for patients with syphilis, AIDS, and viral hepatitis.

Treatment method: soak the postoperative instruments in the chlorine-containing disinfectant for 30 minutes → wash the running water cleanly → sort dry → check → oil up → sort and store in the instrument cabinet.

(3) Treatment of special infection surgical instruments

Special infection surgical instruments refer to gas gangrene, anthrax, and tetanus surgical instruments.

Treatment method: Soak the postoperative instrument in chlorine-containing disinfectant for 30min → preliminary flushing → packaging → autoclave → thoroughly brush in flowing water with brush → sort dry → check → oiling → packaging → save again after autoclaving Standby in a sterile instrument cabinet.

(4) Treatment of endoscopic surgical instruments

Treatment method: remove the movable endoscope component, the connecting part of the optical wire, the passage valve, etc. → open the clamp part, wash the blood surface of the washing surface with flowing water, gently brush with a small brush → flush the joint part and inner cavity with high pressure water gun Channel, remove hidden blood or organic matter → soak in the dilution of enzyme (professional cleaning agent) for 2min, fully remove organic matter → spray water again rinse → dry → high pressure oxygen or compressed air to dry the moisture of each component → special lubrication The agent is directly sprayed on the surface of the instrument, the shaft joint, the inner cavity and the spring part, and then the surface oil is wiped off with lens paper → stored in a special instrument cabinet. For HBsAg-positive patients, the device should be immersed in a 0.33% glutaraldehyde dilution (1% glutaraldehyde, 5 parts of water) for 15 minutes, and then cleaned according to the above method.
