1. Are you manufacturer or trading company? How can I trust you?

   We are a professional manufacturer focus on minimally invasive surgical products.

   We are qualified by business license, production license, export permit license. 

   In July 2020, our new factory takes into function.

2. What's your warranty and after service policy?

  Firstly, we can send you the new goods for free if any product damaged the time you get them. But the delivery cost will be paid by your side. Or we can send it to you together with next order. We pay all the cost if the quality problem totally caused by our side.

 Secondly,we annually attend medical exhibitions in Germany, Dubai, Turkey, the United States, China, etc.  You can bring the damaged goods to us at our booth, we will repair it for you or exchange a new one for you.

3. What is the delivery time?

  1-3 days if goods are in stock, 10-15days for special request on package, 15-30days for big orders or special request on products.

4. Can you print our logo on the products?


  For reusable products, free of charge. But we need the authorization letter for the logo from your side. We refuse any infringements.

  For disposable products, there will be requests on MOQ and some fee charged by outsourcing package supplier. 

5. Any problems with the customs? I do not know how to get the goods.

   We have agents who can professionally operate with DHL, FexEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc... If customs block the package and ask for over-charged tax and the goods will be sent back to us. We will return the money to you if the goods get back. But the delivery cost will be deducted.

6. Can I pay by credit card?

  Yes. You can registrate PayPal account and pay via PayPal by credit card. 

7. Some company quotes me lower price and ask 20% higher than first time. Will you?

   No, we keep the same price for you at least one year. And we will adjust it next year. But for long-term customers, we will not change the price.

8. What is the payment terms?

   100% T/T in advance. RMB, USD and EURO are acceptable. T/T, Western Union. and PayPal are available. 

9. I am interested in becoming a distributor, how does it work?
